Hi all
I applied for i-485 along with i-765 in April 2022.
I-765 was approved in 2022 and I received EAD card, though I'm still waiting for my i-485
My EAD expires in Aug 2024 and I'm preaparing new i-765 form for renewal. Now to the question: Item 25 "Your current immigrant status" - what should I put there?
Initially I put L1 visa, but it expired long ago, so I guess my current status is defined by EAD or pending i-485 but I'm not sure what exactly should I put in this item.

NVC welcome letter came!
Hey guys! i finally got my welcome letter from the NVC.
My Lawyer is pretty surprised on how fast my case went. I’m using the same Lawyer my sister used to get her husband in the states and her case took almost 4 years to complete and have her husband in the US.
I’m so thankful this process has been fast. i wanted to thank anyone on this app who has Gaven me hope and answers! I pray that everyone waiting gets accepted soon! 🤍🤲🏻

my case is beyond the normal processing time, and my lawyer got all my money and didn’t do nothing to help me on my case I barely can communicate with the secretary of the lawyer’s assistant, I need someone that really wants to help specially if it’s in Florida area
