There is no case that changed to NCBP in this block since Feb 22 from what I see casestatusext.com, even though the speed is already super slow.

I’m in the same boat. Block is SRC-229-019, PD is 09/22/2022. I submitted a service request as well. it seems they assign it to an officer after 20 days or so. I’m just here hoping to God that it changes to New card being produced soon. Let’s all pray and hang in there. it’ll end sooner than we expect.

I recommend to ask your congressman for assistance with I-131. It should be resolved within a year

My priority date is July 14, 2022 and my i-131 is also pending since the submission though my wife's card approved as a combo. As many from here suggested I applied service request for i-131 on February 08,2024 and case was approved yesterday. I still waiting for i-485 approval for both me and my wife. So I recommend you to submit a service request on your i-131. Oh I see you already submitted a SR. let's hope for the best! We are next in the line for sure!!!

If you cannot wait. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"

My I-131 was pending for over 400 days then I submitted a SR on Feb 9, 2024 and my I-131 got approved yesterday. Still waiting my spouse’s I-131 approval. My PD is Oct 2022.

@Abbey Abid if you Google "USCIS case inquiry" and go to the USCIS page, you will get few options to submit SR. Select "case outside normal processing time" if your case is taking long time. Then fill the required information and submit the form. You will get a confirmation email with SR number.
