Filing i751 to remove conditions Without Prejudice

Hello all, My lawyer filed the i751 to remove conditions, but they stated that filing Without Prejudice. I believe the right term is filing With Prejudice. I am very confuse why they filed Without Prejudice. Please can this cause issues in the future? who has face this situation when trying to remove conditions on green card?

Is it save to my Child ( 10 year green card) to travel outside country after I apply for N400? or do I need stamps?
