Regular Processing timeline

Hi everyone, I know some people have been waiting almost a year for their I-140 decisions, but lately it seems especially quiet for Regular Processing cases. I haven’t seen or heard of recent approvals. It feels as though things are stuck or not moving at all. Has anyone recently received an update on a Regular Processing I-140? It would be reassuring to hear about similar cases moving forward. Any thoughts or experiences to share?

it took only 20 days to get a interview scheduled. this is so fast i can't believe it

traveling with a DUI and green card.

hello everyone - has anyone traveled recently with a DUI on their record? DUI is from 2015 and I became a GC holder last year May 2024. I’ve been told I should have no issues as green card was granted therefore DUI was adjudicated at time of GC approval. has anyone traveled recently? #DUI #Travel #CriminalRecord

After 1 month I sent my rfe request, they finally receive it and estimate time is 4 weeks, someone know if this time is accurate

I was hoping for an approval this month, but just to log in to my profile this morning and see estimated time until your case decision is 12months. does this mean I will have to wait another 12months ? anyone having same issue???
