NVC PAYMENT ERROR
Our I-130 was approved in September 2025 and we got welcome letter in October. We have been trying to make payment on the portal since then but it has not been going through. We then reached out to our lawyer and he said we have to wait for another email from NVC telling us go ahead with the payments before we can do that, even though it’s currently showing “PAY NOW” on CEAC portal. I really want to know if this is normal cuz we haven’t been able to do anything on the case for 6mnths now. Also how long do we have to wait again?😞

@Jeiky L yes, it’s IR1 case and we already got our case information in the welcome letter but payment isn’t going through on it

@Dorcas OY That happens a lot with CEAC. So very frustrating I know! You can try using another browser.
