pd with june july 2021 haven’t got approved yet just few numbers of people got approved. if you get lucky might get approved in 1/2 months otherwise need to wait or file mandamus.

according to USCIS website my status is same since May 2025, Case is Pending

I have raised any inquiry by calling USCIS & contacted USCIS Ombudsman as well. So far nothing is helpful.

right now madamus is the only option or just wait until your turn come up. i did 2 regular inquiry, 2tier 2 inquiry, 2 senator inqury and 1 congressman inquiry but still nothing. They just say visa is not available at this movement, your case is in normal processing time and we don’t need nothing at this time.

you can’t contact tier 2 officer but if the uscis agent help out they can request for tier 2 officer.

if 2021 is still waiting how the final action date is february 2022 ? interesting .

@September 2022 they keep moving dates but are yet to adjudicate people that got current 5-6 mths ago lol although they should be able to complete 2021 filers but they are taking forever

this is something I do not understand that final action has been moved to 2022 and 2021 PDs can be seen no where in processing line
