sworn affidavits for 751?
my husband and I have 2 kids, own a home and cars together and I have photos of us traveling 3 countries in 2025. the 751 days that my documents should include affidavits sworn to or affirmed by at least two people who have known both of you since your conditional residence was granted and have personal knowledge of your marriage or relationship.
this seems absurd after 10 years of being together with kids and assets. anyone have any experience with this?

@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 I didn’t include any affidavits in my I-751 filing and mine was even a divorce waiver case

@Rocco Forté yea I have never heard of this but the instructions say you should have at least 2. I asked some friends that live close by just in case. thanks for your response.

is not required just send as much evidence as u can… those are just suggestions
