Anyone got a decision from Bethpage, NY office recently?
I did my interview in September of 2025 after 9.5 years of waiting, after that status changed multiple times to decision pending/application pending and is still pending. Any insights?

unfortunately due to the pause that happened in December a lot of decisions are still behind. if you are not from the 39 countries banned you can reach out to your asylum office to ask an update on your case

same situation Asylum Affirmative submitted in Feb 2017 Chicago Office, my interview happened in Dec 2025. banned country not answer yet
