regarding opt approval, went to Houston biometrics
I applied on March 7th, and went to biometrics on April 9th to Houston biometrics, it's been over 4 months and still no response, is there Anyone like me here, would like some insight here, they told me to wait until July 31st to file an outside normal processing request, is this only for me or is this happening for everyone, and by the way, I filed for i765, I am an f1 student. this is my initial opt.
My VAWA was denied due to not appearing to the biometrics twice because of USCIS error either me or my lawyer was not notified. Motion and I485 is pending any recommendation will be appreciative.
My Form I-360 (VAWA) was denied because USCIS stated that I failed to appear for two biometrics appointments. However, neither my attorney nor I received notice of one of those appointments due to what we believe was a USCIS error. I did attend a later biometrics appointment when I received notice. My attorney has filed a Form I-290B Motion to Reconsider/Reopen, which is currently pending. Meanwhile, my Form I-485 (Adjustment of Status) still shows as pending. Given these circumstances, what would you recommend as the best course of action while the motion is pending?
I’m also married to a different person now because my layers said after they put Motion i290B I can marry and apply thru marriage but I feel like my case is very complicated I need experts who can assist me Please🙏
Approval, God has been good to me.
My journey has finally ended, thanks be to God. This was a journey of patience and faith. May God send speedy approvals to all who are waiting. God Bless!

Hi Guys,
I got back yesterday from a 2 week trip abroad. I wanted to share my experience.
I was born in England but I am Asian. So I have a British passport. I am not Indian. I’ve used AP before under Biden Administration and I had no issues. This was the first time I travelled under Trump Administration.
I arrived back to JFK at 2.45pm and they took me to secondary inspection. where there were a lot people waiting. They told me to wait. I had 3 kids with me. 2 of which are US Citizens. I waited about 45 mins. The officer just confirmed my address. Then he said I had to do finger prints and get my photo taken. After that he asked me what category I applied for and I told him I applied for vawa. He asked me if I was married and that’s it. Then he said I was good to go.
A week before travelling I recieved an update on my i360 application notice was returned because USCIS was unable to deliver your mail. Because of this message I was really scared to travel. My attorney also advised me not to travel until we know what that notice is.
However I still travelled and made it back safely to the US.
Hope this helps.
Thanks

Today my case was updated again after several months; the last update was in December after a 3-year process. Today's update was due to the issue of my son's fingerprints, but it's a good sign; it means they're reviewing my case. Adjustment of status based on asylum approved within a year. 3 years of the I-485 process, still waiting.
