@oi io congrats! can you please tell us your receipt block #? for example my receipt block number is MSC239038. my PD is Nov 29, 2022 and my 485 case is still pending, so I’m very curious to know. thank you!

@Enri MN my block is same as yours , MSC239038, PD oct 7 2022, and CRP as well , except being current for more than 3 months already …

@D A I filed my 485 form on March 24, 2023 and I’ve been CRP since October 20, 2023.

@Enri MN so we are more or less int he same boat. files i485 March 30 2023, CRP since August 2023. there are 199 CRP in our block currently. they approve about 5 -7 per week

@D A so worst case scenario, we could get approved up to 8 months? I think I can wait. the only thing that concerns me is a possible retrogression of the file action dates in the bulletin.

@Enri MN there are 3 months already since I became current, so I literally expect updates by the end of May… hope so 🙏🏼

@D A I just saw that there are now 196 on CRP in our block 🫠

@Enri MN much better though :) 3 per day is not so bad. unfortunately not every day is like that :(

@D A I just noticed something interesting from the data. The total of CRPs in a block does not necessarily reduce when a case is approved. There are some CRPs that change to a status other than APPROVED. A CRP could change to a status like denied, RFE, terminated, etc. If you do a deed dive, you will see that only 3 CRPs were approved this week so far. However, the total of CRPs were reduced by 9!

@Enri MN you are right, but they were not denied. the unique case denied in our block this week is MSC2390389285 and it was not in CRP. but yes , the rest of 6 CRPs I believe “interview was scheduled” or RFE

@Enri MN if you check Lawfully statistics for CRP cases , 67% of them receive “new card is being produced” after CRP, 8% receive “fingerprints were taken”, 6% receive “interview”, more 6% receive RFE, and the rest are minor things . not sure how lawfully is accurate , but it gives us idea where our CRPs go :)

@D A I don’t trust lawfully statistics. I paid for the pro version to get more detailed info about my i131 case. So the pro version showed that my case would take months to be approved. Well, it turned out that my 131 was approved in a matter of days!

@Have Faith yes my husband did a quick chat with emma and the agent said no wait you are under normal processing but two days later it got approved.

my PD is 16 august,2022. still showed pending status after retrogression. anybody can help to inform which PD cases are approving?

@nomy khan contact USCIS through emma chat and say they my case is taking so long. keep reaching out to them untill you get approved. Good luck
