how many days or months did you wait after the notification said ‘ the case is taking longer than expected’ ?
Hello Everyone, it is very stressing me that my employement authorization is coming to an end and USCIS has not approved my work permit yet. it has been saying ‘the case is taking longer’ for 2 weeks. when did you get your approval after this message?

People my advice to you who are waiting long times like me ,I know it may feel frustrating but I’m telling you forget and stop stressing about USCIS and go enjoy and live your life; life too short to let situations you can’t control get the best of you 😆 God knows the time and date better than any man and he knows best just have a little faith like mustard seed 🙏🏾 I pray our time comes soon and we can reunite with our love ones . Hello all,
I have been following the PD every month. My Priority Date is February 13, 2023. I sent my I-485 in January. The current FAD is January 15th 2023 while the DOF is February 15, 2023.
Do you guys think there is a chance the FAD could move for one month in the coming visa bulletins? I saw the note of USCIS. But wanted to hear the thoughts of the community and their experiences in the previous years. Thank you in advance

I’ll briefly share my story.
In April 2022, I initiated my journey. Later in December of the same year, I relocated, promptly updating my address. By November 2022, my EAD was approved, marking progress. However, complications arose when I failed to receive a letter requesting additional evidence in December 2022, despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue through Ask Emma. Consequently, my case faced the threat of intent to deny. Despite reaching out to the ombudsman and submitting a FOIA request for assistance, hope dwindled. They told me that because the deadline has passed to submit the evidence there’s nothing they can do. They told me that my only option was to submit new documents with another filing fee & as such I gave up! Surprisingly, in December 2023, a notification from UPS Informed Delivery unveiled an approved AP, reigniting hope. This prompted me to check my USCIS account & I noticed a letter was resent in October 2023, providing a second chance to submit evidence by January 19 2024. However I still didn’t receive that 2nd letter.I reached out to ask Emma & luckily this time they were able to send it to me via email bear in mind this was the Ending of December 2023. Praises to God I was able to meet the deadline and submitted the evidence January 12 2024 enabling me to meet the deadline of January 19 2024. Subsequently, the I-130 and I-485 entered active review on February 5, 2024. The I -130 was approved on March 1, followed by the approval of the I-485 on March 9th. 🙌🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

PD 14 de abril 2023 y sigo en espera😞de Texas mi petición la pasaron a California, alguien a tenido esa experiencia que le cambiaran de lugar su petición? no veo aprobación de abril ,
Oro para que Dios haga un milagro; y aunque he llorado por estar lejos de mi esposo y hijos le pido a Dios que me de a mi y a ustedes la fuerza por pasar esta dura separación de distancia, no es fácil , 8 años de no celebrar un aniversario y un cumpleaños juntos😞es muy difícil solo Dios nos puede ayudar en este duro proceso,. espero que Dios haga ese milagro en mi vida y en ustedes porque se lo duro que es se los digo de todo corazón 🙏🏻Sigamos Orando y creyendo por muy difícil que sea Dios me los bendiga 🙏🏻🙌🏻❤️
