i-130 changed to case is being actively reviewed
Hello all, my I-130 changed to "case is being actively reviewed " 3 days ago.
From experience who can tell me what's next after this ? how long after it says this does it get approved? will they call for an interview?
I'm just wondering what could possibly happen next after this new development?

just realized they sent an RFE on the same day as the status changing to "case is being actively reviewed". I have no idea what the RFE is about because I haven't seen it yet.
Advance Parole expired abroad with a pending I-485. How can I re-enter the U.S. in time for the final interview?
Due to the war situation in Ukraine, I could not leave the country, and my commitment to family obligations, acknowledged as reasons for my initial advance parole, has led to an overstay of it.
I am now preparing to apply for a new Advance Parole using form I-131, intending to apply from outside the U.S. and have the Advance Parole sent to our address in the U.S. while applying online.
With our final interview scheduled for the first week of March (in less than a month), and my wife being the primary applicant in our case while I am the dependent, what steps can I take to ensure my timely return to the U.S. for our interview?

uscis claims I left the country, 100% False
I have been in this country every day of my life since 2002 how is it that I am applying for advanced parole and get a RFE indicating they need proof I was in the US on the 28th of July 2023 which I was!!! This is insane!!! If I haven’t left the country the past 20+ yrs why would I leave a yr after applying for my GC and risk it???!!! unbelievable!!! what other proofs can I send in????

hi guys I did pass my first interview for I 485 adjustment of status in January 9 now I did receive interview canceled or deschuled ? Gus what that mean interview canceled after passing the interview???
please any advice or someone like me I don’t know what I do I’m completely lost?
