I-485 Status moved to Fingerprint Taken After Approval
My case was approved back in February 4, 2024. Since then no action was taken. I called USCIS about the issue, they said they will open a case on it on my behalf. I sent a mail to VSC too about it. I also reached out to a Senator and she inquired about the case on April 3, 2024. On April 4, I realized my case moved to fingerprint was taken. I’m hoping in a few days time it’ll be good news, based on these experiences below: https://www.lawfully.com/community/posts/case-was-approved-then-went-back-to-fingerprints-taken-oCRUzO987Zazh5e7DxhCkQ==

@bee g When I was expecting my work authorization back in 2022, I had to expedite because I only had 1month left of my old one. I sent my lawyer my employment letter and he wrote USCIS that losing my job would cause me extreme hardship. They approved it and sent me my work authorization between 2 weeks and a few days.
