1 year under review/ F2A overseas
Hi everyone, my case has been under active review for over a year now, my PD is December 14th, 2022 and active review date is December 20th, 2022. Does anyone have an idea as to how long for a second review or any news? It’s been stuck on the same thing for over a year now, nothing new has happened! Anyone with the same experience? have any f2a’s been approved recently?

Missed biometrics
My husband missed his biometrics appointment because we did not received any notice by mail or in the website. they updated the case on 2/22 saying post office could not deliver. The original appointment was 2/15. I called to explain and have them reschedule, they put him back in queue for new appointment. DID ANY ONE HAD SIMILAR SITUATION MISSING BIOMETRICS AND HOW LONG IT TOOK TO RECEIVE NEW APPOINTMENT? 🥹

i-485 response received date changed for the 2nd time
I was checking my account today and noticed the the green check under my I-485 changed to feb 2024 which is almost one years since I sent my RFE response for my birth certificate back in April of 2023. upon speaking to a few live agents they tell me my case has been transferred to my local field office from NBC as of Feb 2024. My question is, what could this mean Are they reviewing my birth certificate again? Or is this a good sign that the case is moving forward? I have read some post on Reddit that says this is a good sign. Just want to make sure not to get my hopes up.
