NVC rejected my marriage certificate
I base and got married here in Italy and my wife is an citizen we both got married here but now I submitted all my civil documents which I got from milano (italy) but all was accepted but my marriage certificate was rejected I don't know who have passed this process from Italy I need some help so that I can what to do I don't know why the certificate is rejected maybe I do need more stamps from some offices or translation I really don't know bcos we are filling it by ourself please guys I need help thanks

If the certificate was any other language than english, you should also get the translation in english and it must be attested and notarized.

That happened to us. Married in Turkey. neither one of us are from Turkey. The marriage certificate is translated in something like 5 languages. I had to call. NVC reviewed it again and approved it. so maybe just try to contact them
