3 YEARS OF WAIT IS OVER!
God is good! after 3 years. My i485 literally just got approved. About 2 weeks after sending my medical RFE! I celebrated others and quietly waited my turn and God has done it. Hopefully receiving my card in the next few days. Thanks everyone for all the advice over the years. I would not have stayed sane without y’all.
Admin Processing
went for my visa stamping in Dec,2022 in Bangkok. The visa officer informed that my case was put in Admin processing (Refused)and on March 03,2023 I was informed that my I 765 -A was sent back to USCIS for further consideration . Since then I have been in constant touch with embassy in Bangkok and they ask me to reach out USCIS for an update. When I call USCIS Emma(AI) disconnects my call as I don’t have an receipt number for interview.
kindly help if someone is in the same boat as me. what could be my next step to get my visa stamped.
