Hello guys, I submitted an inquiry about my pending N400 because I did not get an interview since 2022. Apprently I already did my removal of condition on my green card interview but it’s still pending approval. So after the inquiry for my N400 asking them why I haven’t been scheduled for an interview since 2022.
I got a reply today stating “I have been approved for oath of ceremony “ we will mail you a notice of time and date” but how is that possible if I haven’t had N400 interview yet.
I’m I going to have interview and oath of ceremony same day? someone please help me if you have thoughts on this. I’m currently in Seattle .

You must have an interview - first! Can try to submit an inquiry via local Congress. Also you can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"

I’d still go to the oath ceremony and then they may interview you on the same day
