CR1 1130 Approval in 9 months!!!!! 🥳🥳🥳💚💚💚
Our baby has come haha 😆😆😆😆😆!!!! Timeline is listed below.
This is just my personal thoughts (and small sample size), but I think K3 helped slightly with getting my case looked at. However, with the wait times increasing substantially for Nebraska (the only SC that was processing K3s fast when I applied), I am not sure if it would be all that beneficial to push others to apply for it. I think I got lucky because both my I130 and K3 landed in Nebraska and stayed there. We can only hope that USCIS is starting to push processing times down from the 11-12 months we've been typically seeing for CR1 I130s.

At last.
It has been a long journey. The main thing I can tell those that have been waiting for long, just hang in there. It’s going to be your turn soon

CRP - submitting a SR within normal processing time
So with my case on CRP and located at NBC I called today to understand what's normal processing time for NBC. They quoted me normal processing time based on a field office that doesn't have my case but is in the area I live in. the normal processing time for that FO is one of the highest of them all.
my question - can I just select a submission date that's earlier than my real submission date to submit the SR? it looks like a very stupid system but it's always scary to be "punished* for not following the guidelines.
Anyone tried that?
finally got an update
Got an update regarding the case after long long time saying that the interview was schedule.
Guess they supposed to mail all the information with the instructions of what next?
