Bruh what? Not that I care but this is like the stupidest rule any other organization has come up with. Lol ā€˜Indefinitely’
F AApr 12, 2024
@Kanye East a lot of people will benefit from it. Most people start with their spouse filing I130&485 and submit medicals before switching to vawa and by the time vawa is approved, they will ask for another medical because of the 2 years validity. Now it’s indefinite, @least people can save hundreds of $ on another medical

WTH šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø oh lawd, and to think I had to redo my medical after expiring after 2yrs of validity in June 2023, only to find out this year they changed the rules… amazes me!!!

@F A I understand the technicalities of it but I am just saying the USCIS probably just doesn’t care about medicals anymore, hence the new ā€˜indefinite’ rule. USCIS should just cancel the medical rule lol

@Al Rodri @F A can you still use the one that has already been done since 2022 but haven’t been submitted it yet to uscis?
F AApr 13, 2024
@Kanye East I get you, and I agree with youšŸ˜„
F AApr 13, 2024
@Adupe No, it says any medical done after November 1 2023. You will have to do another one I think
