NVC - POLICE CERTIFICATE❓
NVC requested my police certificate from Portugal and the United Kingdom in the documents. However, I was in Portugal for less than 3 months as a tourist and in the UK for almost 6 months as a tourist and studying English. In other words, I spent less than a year in these countries. Therefore, there is no information available in these countries about my police certificate. What to do in these cases? Has anyone ever experienced this?
I just could send my police certificate from Brazil so far.

Combo card for EB1-A derivative applicant
My husband (EB1-A primary applicant) and our son received their EAD and Advance Parole approvals two weeks ago with a priority date of Nov/27/2023. My EAD case still shows fees waived since the same date. Is it common for USCIS not to approve dependents at the same time? How long should I expect to wait?

God is indeed faithful… Almost three years of wait is over and it ended in praise😭😭😭I am so emotional right now as I hold my card in my hand. The sleepless nights and anxiety is all over. Six years of marriage and not stepping out of America, i couldn’t go for any of the events my family had including my dad’s coronation. I wept like a baby that day seeing all my family together but I couldn’t go😭😭😭 God, I am speechless and words really fail me to express my joy right now.
Thank you my beloved husband for being there through the storm and struggles. I owe you this forever Ininghe Mmi (meaning my sweetheart). I love you and our kids forever ❤️💋🥰
