I went there with infopass sometime back and was given 30 days but I ask for extension and was told the max is 30. I opted to expedite 131 instead but was told I have to go home and do it online. I didn’t take the 30 days,I went back,expedited it the same day and got my AP 2 weeks afterwards

@Approved Vawa thanks , how did you expedited the same day ? when I submit the request online they say they will call you within 10 days. I did not get any email.

I did.. my experience was great. my lawyer and I went to the interview… provided all supported evidence… I traveled, came back.. no issues

no I got 3 months

@a- r you got an emergency advance parole for a year ? you mean a regular advance parole ? I went and tried to get more than 30 days but they said no, for an emergency advance parole.
