How long does it take to receive GC after "New card is being produced"?
I received the notice "New card is being produced" 14 days ago (and the notice "Case was approved" 9 days ago). However, the status has not changed to card is being mailed since then. I will fly out of US to visit my home country on March 12. I bought the flight tickets long time ago planning to use Advance parole to enter. Now it is a tricky situation if the card is not mailed in time before I leave. How long does it take to receive your GC? Is there anyway to speed it up? Thank you

filing date used by USCIS not priority date
i just received a response from USCIS saying we are not current because our filing date (04/05/2023) is not current for EB-3 category. All this time I thought its based on priority date (12/21/2021) that we have been current since Jan 2024 but apparently not. Did anyone get approved based on their priority date being current and not on filing date?
Work permit approved!
Another step closer I guess! Now I am putting all my good energy and faith for my i485 approval!!

Batch update for I-131 being fingerprint taken
Hi folks,
My lawyer submitted I485s for me (main applicant) and my wife. As many knows, USCIS did the batch update for I-131 being fingerprint taken last week. Luckily, my wife’s case was part of batch update. Unfortunately, my case isn’t. Is it a bad sign? Could it imply that my background check has not been passed?
