My husband put good evidence but not all of them. I was just wondering if putting some of the evidence as unsolicited alright. Because we have a lot of good ones just the ones he put took a lot of space when he filed for the document.

Got the Green Card Delivered today

EB1A Case Filed on August 2022 @ TSC PD - Oct 2016 (Ported from EB2) “New Card is Being Produced” - 15th February 2024. “Case Approved” - 16th February 2024 “Card Was Mailed to Me” - 28th February 2024 I received the card today on 01 March 2024. A long journey ends.

Increase in processing times

Hey everyone, I noticed there was a time increase in the processing times. When I first started my case the wait time was 24 months, is is now 42 unfortunately. Does anyone know if this will affect my case? will my case also be subject to those time changes?

So I was scheduled for my marriage based interview on Feb 13th at the uscis field office, I was received by this very nice officer and I answered everything they told me to. Before I left I was told my greencard would arrive and that my status would be updated that same day, none of that has happened, I don’t know what to do anymore I am very confused and stressed. it’s been a long journey that tbh it’s not helping my mental health

I-485 after 1107 days they updated the status to “Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken” what does that mean? Vawa still not approved. Feb 2021

increased processing time

My case had a waiting time of 3 months according to the application, yesterday it occurred to me to upload some evidence without being requested, today when I review I see that the time has increased to 6 months, has someone gone through this, the response time of the application Is it really fulfilled?
