How long it is taking nowadays to transfer case from USCIS (NBC) to NVC once i824 is approved?

about one month , mine was approved last month and yesterday I received the welcome email

mine sent to NVC prior to getting notice that I-824 was approved. It took 2 days for NVC to send me the welcome email. case is IOE. filed electronically so probably sent faster
due to that.
