made a mistake on I-824 which I already sent out. Can I refile one at the same time?
I did not attach the copy of approval (I797 in this case) with my I-824 form. It is now at Vermont service center which has processing time of 19 months. l do not want to wait for 19 months and receive a rejection notice for missing a supporting document? can I file another I-824 now? It would cost me extra 465 dollars but if it would result in less waiting time, I am totally fine.
Long Journey, finnaly passed after an interview!
Only we know how much anxiety we have during this process.
How many worries and frustrations we have.
How many times we have opened our app and there is no updates.
How many times we have tried to dig out anything from “Ask Emma” but got a useless response of “your case is processing normally, just wait!”
I’ve seen a friend of mine got the green card in 4 months without interview, I felt so unfair I’m sitting on 560 days.. but hang in there guys, it will happen. Everything will come to an end and you’ll get that card.
I sincerely hope every geniuen couples get to have the positive results soon. 🌺
The interview was pretty chill.
The officer collected all the extra joint stuff we brought, looked at all our photos, confirmed everything on the 485 and 130 forms, it lasted around 30 minutes. The officer said he approves both. I got the approval notice on both the next day.

Denied for missing the response
Today I was denied on my I485. this was the reason: I received an RFE for medical exams. The problem was when I received the notification, the date had already passed. Someone else in the same boat. what can I do now? it wasn’t my fault

Applying second time for N-400
Hi all,
I applied for N-400 and having issues where USCIS can’t resolve my issue and doesn’t know what the issue is. However, my question is has anyone applied two times for one application? Is there any impact of applying second time with a different account ? If existing one gets resolved somehow and give me a receipt notice can I cancel one of the applications ?
Thanks
Waiting for Adjudication
Hi guys. I just need your opinion or idea. Today is 986 days of my case. I already completed everything like interview and medical. No update since last year. Any advise, what am I going to do? Any suggestion or tips to make my case move? Thank you and I appreciate your suggestions. God bless.
