I-751 - Case Status Inquiry
Hi Everyone,
Based on the receipt date of my I-751 (Oct 8th 2021) I am eligible to put in a case status inquiry in on March 2nd. I am just wondering if there’s any point in doing so?
Has anyone seen a case status inquiry impact their case positively, or can I just expect a generic USCIS response that gives me no actual information? #I-751

Didnt have to wait as long as some have had to wait. To all still waiting I hope all goes well for you with approvals happening soon! I believe mine was quick as we have actually been married for 7 years now and have 2 children together. I remained in the US with an overstay on my visa waiver with my son from a previous relationship. When i filed, I filed for my son and I at the same time and I sent in our medicals at the same time. I finally feel I have freedom, can work and live life properly without this over our heads!

guys, today i had my second active review today and man o man that’s one heck of a feeling. Guys do not listen to anyone, UPLOAD UNSOLICITED EVIDENCE IT REALLY HELPS!!! also they corrected a HUGE mistake that prevented me of an I-824!!! Hope this helps

Hello!
My husband is my petitioner, he’s Self Employed and he’s the sole owner of a company, he has the 1040’s of the last three years, but sadly the 2022 1040 falls short into the poverty guidelines for our household.
Now my question is, can he use the 1099 or his 1120 of his company instead of the 1040 to fill in the I864 and to add those documents and discard the 1040?

waiting since 2020 when I'm married to a US citizen with a 4 year old together
I should had gotten my GC in about a year and I've been waiting for 4 years now this is insane!!
