premium process stopped for my case
my h1b case premium process clock was stopped more than 84 days now and my attorney did not recieve any notice. Raised a service ticket with uscis and they said there security check going on and cannot disclose any infor till check is completed. any help or suggestions? is anyone in the same boat?
Card Being Produced!!
Just got an update card being produced. Thank God for his mercy, I know a few people on here with my same timeline. I have had the message “Case transferred “ since November, applied in August. Not sure about I-131 that hasn’t updated. They have my biometrics from a few years ago so maybe they reused them because they didn’t ask for them yet. So I hope everyone gets this update too 🙏🏽

500 days of vawa wait
hello all.
it’s been exactly 500 days since I have applied. got my EAD and AP approved few months back.i wish I can hear some good news sooner than later.received one PF last march. my case says it got transferred to a different office , was stuck in that status since Feb 2023.
god, let me out of this stressful wait soon.

Is There A Residency Requirement for Citizenship?
I got my family-based Green Card in July 2023. The officer told me I could apply for citizenship in three years from then. Do I need to stay in the US to qualify for that?
Also, my GC is valid for two years only. Do I have to stay is the US to be eligible to receive the next one? (which would be valid for 10 years, I believe).
My partner and I might be interested in moving to Europe.
