okay so I looked on my husband's profile and in documents there is an approval for my I-130. So I'm wondering how long it will take to say approved instead of being actively reviewing, it started saying that yesterday but it also shows in his that they approved it yesterday and the notice is on his profile, also wonder how long after that the I -485 will be approved. Anyone ever had this happen before that can shed some light?
CASE FE review note: minimum income requirements but Documentarily Qualified
Hi all, I received from an email from NVC that my case is document qualified. I’ve also check in ceac. but before that . only seconds, they sent me an email stating that my sponsor didn’t have enough income.
I would like to bring to your attention that my husband, who is sponsoring my visa application, is an active duty military member and his income exceeds the poverty guidelines. Therefore, I believe that his income should meet the requirements for visa issuance without the need for an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 from a joint sponsor.
what do I need to do? is this system error?#nvc #dq #documentarilyqualified
DS-260: Son with dual citizenship
On Form DS-260 there is a question about whether I have children and whether my child is immigrating with me to the United States. However, my son is the result of my marriage, my husband is American and I am Brazilian. He was born in Brazil, is a newborn and has dual citizenship. Therefore, American and Brazilian passport. In this case, he doesn't fit in as an immigrant, right?

No Prima Facie
Hi!
First prima facie was sent which lasted for a year. expired Aug 2023. I am yet to receive another one. PD is April 2022. I was sent EAD/AP & PF for a year but i haven’t gotten a renewal after the first PF expired. No RFE either. I inquired with my attorney and she said she will reach out to them. Does anyone have similar experience? please share or what do y’all think?
