How long from medical RFE to approval?
PD Feb 2012. Case moved from CRP to RFE on Jan 23rd after dates become current on Jan 1st. It turned out to be a medical RFE as original medicals expired a month before dates became current :(. Interview was already completed last year in May at local Omaha field office then case moved to CRP(they had 90 days with dates being current from interview date but didn’t approve). This new RFE came from NBC in Kansas. I didn’t know there was a NBC in Kansas too. RFE resubmitted and case moved to RFE received on Feb 8th and nothing after that. just curious to know if anyone else in same boat and how long it’s taking for approval.
AOS Change Employer?
I will reach job portability shortly. My current i-485J is approved as of last month. If I decide to leave my current employer when I reach 6 mos portability after i-485 filing, can I continue the green card process without starting over PERM and i-140?
I am under H1B and my wife under H4, would we have to transfer the H visas to the new employer too?
Do you recommend me staying at my current company until GC? I am current.

Anyone received RFE to submit Supplement J and failed to answer Public Charge Inadmissibility questions?
As per the requirement both are not required, any suggestion on how ro reply for SupplimentJ is very much apprecaited.
Also any views on how much more time it would take for approval after responding to RFE.
