@sabine pierre For CR1/IR1 applicants, if you're fortunate, you'll typically have about a year for the I-130 petition to be approved. Following approval, it takes approximately 2-7 weeks to receive a welcome letter email from the National Visa Center (NVC), containing login credentials. This allows you to access the NVC website and complete the DS-260 form, a process which may take 1 to 2 months for approval. Subsequently, the NVC sends consular authorization to the beneficiary's country for the interview process. The duration of this stage varies, with some countries, such as the Dominican Republic, currently experiencing approximately a 6-month wait for interview appointments.

@V S I recommend you to speak with the chat emma ! she tell you if your case has benn move to another Service Center! also in the receipt letter in document tab you can open that letter and at the botton left you can see where you first service center was or is. sometimes they never move !
