Hello all,
My vawa was approved in Nov 2023. I got medical request in Dec 2023 and they said to respond by April 7th. I responded yesterday and they received it today. Do you all know how long it will take to hear back? will they give me an interview or abdicate the case? has anyone had this? what was your experience?
btw it was NBC in Lees Summit MO that I was meant to send back to. I don’t know if that makes a difference.

For those who applied for a k3 after doing the I-130 was it worth it? did it seep up the process? I’m thinking to do it but at the same time I feel like I’m so close to get approved. idk what you guys think based on your experiences

IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR POTOMAC SERVICE CENTER.
USCIS Potomac Service Center Will No Longer Accept Paper Responses. I just copied from uscis website & pasted it below.
Release Date: 11/06/2023
As of Aug. 21, 2023, the Potomac Service Center (PSC) has begun to move to a new facility in Camp Springs, MD, and can no longer receive paper responses to correspondence such as Notices of Intent to Deny (NOID), Notices of Intent to Revoke (NOIR), Intents to Deny (ITD), Requests for Evidence (RFE) or supporting documentation for filings currently pending at the PSC.
PSC will no longer accept mailed correspondence beginning on Nov. 13, 2023. All mailed correspondence intended for cases processed by the PSC must be mailed to the Texas Service Center (TSC), unless otherwise noted.
To avoid any processing delays, applicants and their representatives should instead upload their responses to their USCIS online account (for receipt notices that start with IOE-) or mail them to the Texas Service Center at:

Whoever case is pending in potomac for long time I suggest please contact with texas service center with your receipt number specially those of you who is waiting for I-824 for longer period of time. Please contact with texas service center as they mentioned in uscis website.

I contacted uscis via Emma a bit ago and she said my case was transferred to my local FO, however my EAD was still at NBC, is that normal?

One question, I sent all my applications by postal mail, which is why I do not have an account created in USCIS. I would like to know when the codes to upload the cases online begin to arrive. I have not received any of those codes yet.

Derivatives approved while primary is still under review.
am a Beneficiary of Vawa Approved in May 2023 and my derivatives' 485 was approved in January 2024 but my 485 is still under review. I have done e-request and I got a reply saying it's under review and they can not say precisely when it's going to be approved. our concurrent filing date was in August 2020. Is there anyone else with this kind of experience?
How much longer for us to get a response? 😩
I asked a representative with the online chat Emma, and they said my husbands Interview “has been waived at this time” does anyone know how much longer to get approved for green card!?

significara algo que el mismo día que envié la i130 me haya llegado el "activamente.." a alguien más le pasó esto? influye en algo para la aprobación?
he visto que generalmente ese mensaje llega a los días pero a mí me llegó al mismo día de aplicar. apliqué el 28 de abril 2023 y sigo en espera de Nebraska
