Applied vawa October 2023, still have not received any receipts but do have letter for my I485 in abeyance.
yesterday received update on I130& I485 "case is being actively reviewed" don't know the reason for that.
anybody has idea for the update and is it normal to have not yet received i360 receipts?

hello guys
I applied first time September 2021, it is still in prices. we got the interview June 2023, it was good but he did not answer, he told us he is gonna review it again then December 2023 I have received medical evidence, I sent them on January 25, 2024 but still no response. is that normal ? my lawyer requested service request on February 15 no response yet. thank you
Still no movement on my case
My last update was that my interview was scheduled which I have done said interview two months after. I haven’t received any update from USCIS, I have written a letter to congress and their reply to me was they can’t do anything since I’m still under processing time. I also reached out to USCIS and got the same answer. I’m tired at this point, I’m going on 1000days with no update that my interview is completed, it’s really frustrating. Any one having this issue?
