there is one in eb3 skilled with a PD of sept 30, 2022 that has been approved row country, I don’t know why they are skipping the PD that was earlier with the same category and same under row country.

@crystal t. I believe it depends on the field office that processes your application. Mine was transferred to a good one.

NBC transferred my case to an FO

called USCIS today and the person I spoke to said my case is with NBC. I wonder how long this is going to be. my dad’s funeral is tomorrow and I can’t attend because my AP and AOS are both not here. I guess this is the price one has to pay for moving to another country.

i’m so sorry to hear that @D O - call Uscis Infopass and schedule a Emergency advance parole. if it’s a funeral, they will give you a temporary use 1 time AP doc that will let u travel for ur dads funeral within the next week. a lot of people use this for the wrong reasons, and ive heard if you lie and get caught (and they can catch u in ur lie easily depending on the evidence u provide), they royally screw you, but since yours is a genuine case, u should have no issue.

@pippi pie i was tranferred to FO from NBC last year March, put me in CRP and my PD is sept 9, 2022. I am current too April 1st but then the PD that is later than mine got approved, I want to make a service service how unfair they actually adjudicate cases

but of course, I can only say that, at the end I will just wait and be frustrated when are they going to approved it. whew
