Hello does anyone here did a lawsuit against USCIS on their own?
On March 9 2024 I will be hitting 2 years waiting for an approval on my case I-130 petition for my spouse, I am a U.S citizen. When I called they keep telling me that they are still waiting on a security check. For over 9 months waiting on a security check. first of all my husband and I never been in anything ilegal, I never been arrested, I pay my taxes, I don’t take any government assistance, I am a hard worker I work in a hospital meaning I get randomly security checks why if I know for a fact that my husband and I we don’t have negative backgrounds they are telling me that they are conducting a security check.
I cry 😢 daily this is so unjust for all of us waiting on these people that they don’t care about our pain and suffering😭

Hello everyone! Is there anyone here who filed for a Fiance Visa in March 2023 through the Texas service center and is still awaiting a decision or has been approved already? My fiance filed in March 2023 and the application has been received. Does this mean it's actively under review by USCIS? Thanks for any insights!

when will the physical card be shipped??
My i-485 was approved on Feb 16, 2024. My previous experience with EAD cards is that within 5-10 days of the approval, the physical card is shipped. It’s been 11 days but no sign of USCIS shipping the card yet. Can someone who recently went through this share their timeline, from the approval to the delivery?
do we require to get all the medical records and vaccines after Vawa approved when we are waiting for I-485 approval(was filled at the same time)?
can the officer skip it or it’s not possible? and if I’m against vaccine and I would wanna try to get a special waiver , do u think that will be doable? did anyone have such an experience?
