Waiting since December of 2021
Is anyone else having the same issue? Everything was legal in my case; I came with a Visa and got married. I am still waiting since December of 2021 and I am feeling extremely frustrated.
Any advices?

Maybe it's the immigration officer that is dealing with our case that just sits on the cases and do nothing. what could possibly be in a case that you are investigating that long, in the day and age we are living in where everything in online at our fingertips. and international background check takes no longer than a month, especially if you have a clean record.

These people are very inconsiderate of others. There is no way a case should take that long if you are actively working on it.

You can make inquiry via local congress, also you can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"

Thank you so much for every response. My husband is a USC that is why it has me frustrated the fact that itβs taking too long. I submitted 3 inquiries so far.
