Late 2021 is the worst waiting time
Really we can’t wait that long right? if the retrogress in 2022, will 2025 is the end of retrogression?
If this October 2024 not advance much and it keeps the same pattern, we surely get cooked.

Bro, as I've told you before, I've analyzed all the USCIS cases and data, and I think the cases from late 2021 will be current in October 2025. I know it's extremely frustrating. I know people who filed fake asylum cases and marriages who got their green cards before me and paid very little. My approved case would totally change my life, but unfortunately, there's nothing we can do. You'll just have to accept it. Try to forget about it a bit. Try not to immerse yourself in immigration topics like YouTube or this app as it will only make you anxious. I've tried everything, even talked to congressmen to try to pass some laws, but they don't care about us. It's a shame because we will most likely become American citizens.

@Matt B idk what data you are looking at but my observation is that late 2021 pd is going to take another 2 years just to be current.
Th NgApr 10, 2024
@Matt B I have a reason to be frustrating as 2 friends of my friends also have PD a little bit earlier than me in 2021 and they got super lucky that during 2022 you oddly saw a lot of cases randomly got accepted and get the Green card, one of them has a family and their son is like younger than me 3 years old get sponsored by his father doing this category, now I see him just casually disrespect me because I am waiting too long for this, he also already graduate college now.

@Matt B even if after I get the green card by that time they may become a US citizenship, it is just the unfair feeling that I feel under too heavy, they literally in the same situation like me and I’m the only one fell behind, by the time that I get out I might be way behind their league and the feeling of being ignored and disrespected haunted my mind til the end of my life.

@T N You have to be proud of yourself for going through all this process in order to get your permanent residency without relying on anyone else. It’s only going to make you strong and when you finally get your green card you’ll thrive my friend!

@T N @Matt B @GRU Alpha @Italo Bonifacio it's all about how you look at it. seems your comparing yourself to others. ok do this comparison, take a look at the visa bulletin again, do see you indian nationals who still waiting for a GC from 2013 EB-2 and EB-3. And a lot of those persons have been in the country long before that as F-1 then H-1B and still waiting some pushing 20 years inside the USA. alot of them their children had to self deport. Alot of people need to stop thinking everything is happening to them it's a process that affecting millions of people. Again take a look at the visa bulletin for Mexico in FB you have people waiting on their relatives outside the US with PD of 1999 that's before 2000. That is 25 years and still waiting. so yes it's unfortune because of the limited numbers you may have to wait couple more years but know that millions of persons are waiting longer than you have and millions of people with earlier PD than yours will never get a Green card.

@hello mark I know that but because I live with them so I get more chance to compare with them more, I may need to move but anyway most people I know are very lucky, that’s why they come to the US like us, but then when that’s the case we compare ourself in the same pool
Th NgApr 10, 2024
@Italo Bonifacio yeah many people say that to me but it doesn’t sound as impressive like EB1 or EB2, I’m working at a chicken farm for 2-3 years for the green card than I’m working as an engineer for 1 year and get the green card, normally people around me will think that I’m unlucky to work for 2-3 years as a butcher
hello markApr 10, 2024
@T N ok understand but guess what you are luck in this scenario because you able to identify your problem which is comparing yourself to others. That is step one identify the problem now do something about it and stop comparing yourself to others because even if you move or get a GC , you will find a new way to compare yourself to someone else. like they have US citizenship and I only have GC or they make X and I make Y etc. stop doing that to yourself.you are causing self harm and robbing yourself of the joy of life. you can be frustrated in the process but dont make comparing yourself to others make you miserable. best of luck.

@hello mark you are right about this, it is just not what I expected, I used to think I may get GC in 2023 and the latest might be 2024 because of the fast GC approved happening in 2022

@SC JN back in 2019-2020 a green card interview is scheduled means that you almost get the green card within 2 months, now I don’t understand what they are waiting for
