man this is some crap how come everyone else can come straight threw Mexico while us who does things the right way have to wait yes to see our loved ones?? who's got a good phone number
I've seen plenty of people doing this who's got to talk to a human instead of this computer thing that hangs up on you for wanting to talk to someone??someone give me some insight on this problem??? how are everyone making it threw this cut I just wanna say fux it

when you can and they ask you for a receipt number say “I didn’t receive one”. and continue making the system believe you sent your application, they received but you don’t have a receipt number. they will transfer you to a live agent. ask for them to add you to the list to speak to a tier 2 officer. But, average we are waiting 12 to 14 months to get approved. you still have some time. I felt the same way as you but after realizing there is NO ORHER WAY I just wait.
