F1 Family Sponsor - Country of Chargability India
Hey, I am living outside the US. My Citizen mom in US filed for my i130 with all evidence back in May 2021. The first notice informed us that the application is being processed at Nebraska. In Feb 2022, case status changes to "Actively Reviewing". My question is, is this still normal? And the case inquiry calculator on uscis website shows my inquiry date is next year... :/ Last year it showed inquiry date was Oct 2024. My mom never been asked for any RFE either. Just the initial proof and the i130 application. Is it normal for it to be delayed this long ?

The final action date for F1 is July 8, 2015. If I were you, I would not worry about it.

Can try to submit an inquiry via local Congress. Also you can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"
