Case was sent to the Department of State
Today status changed to “Case was sent to the Department of State” I did not get “Case Approved” status. It went straight to what I just wrote. I’m guessing is the same thing as approved.
What comes next? Please detail your answer.
Also, anyone knows how the wait times are for US Embassy in Bogota, Colombia.

yeah u got approved from USCIS. now wait for the welcome letter from NVC. u will get the welcome letter between 1-3 weeks

the welcome letter has a “ NVC case number “. and “ invoice ID number
ones u get that, you have to use the case number and the id number to create a CEAC account
after u create ur account. it’s gonna show up all the things u need to do. pay fees, upload documents, ones they receive your fees and documents.
they may ask for more documents
or u will be approved
if approved, now just wait until they schedule ur interview
