Denied
Case was denied after radio silence after interview 2 years ago.On the 8th April I received notice that we didn't show for interview and then today I received notice of denial.Denial says I cannot adjust status because I am already a permanent resident since June 1987.My DOB is March 28 1990 how did i recieve a greencard before i was even born.It says I was granted status due to my testimony at my interview in 1987 and I should file to remove conditions.
I am so confused as everything was going well as I currently have my combo card etc.Dont know what to do to be honest have had an headache since I received the notice as it is clearly an error.

The verbiage in the letter itself is confusing because in 1987 green cards didn't have expiration dates.Im just confused as hell because the A number and everything is correct

wait so they have your birth certificate saying born in 1990 and they say you became a PR in 1987…. you need to call them asap. I’m so sorry. this is ridiculous
