because it’s this early, my guess is that it’s medical, something with taxes, or you missed a signature. was it a request for “initial” evidence or a request for evidence. if it’s “initial” then it’s going to be something very simple

yea it’s usually medical or affidavit. sometimes you signed the form wrong or something. you’ll be alright!

@w s I got 2 rfe for my both form initial one for missing documents for joint responser and another one for my I -130 for bona fide proof and July my 2nd anniversary coming and I m still waiting …..

@A bless girl when I first file my case really I don’t have that much proof because I m over stay on my b1 b2 visa but when I got my EAD card after that I have a lot proof my job and I open joint accounts joint credit card and file Tex joint joint car insurance life insurance joint membership house lease we live same home right now running 3 years now I have more evidence we have sams club joint credit card also I send them all bona fide document’s December and I m just waiting????

@A bless girl because my lawyer fuckdup my paperwork since I get my first rfe for my I-485 I Find out he do a lot of mistakes then I never trust him and I Change my lawyer . my case taking to much time becouse of the first lawyer, our his coworkers,

wait for a couple of days then check the USCIS account again you will see the notice and what they requires don’t be nervous stay calm, 9th on this month I got di same notice I waited for a day then what they wanted appeared in the USCIS account they only wanted my i130a I send it in on the 11th and on the 12th which was yesterday USCIS approved my case and now NVC has it I’m waiting for a response from NVC
