Divorced After Green Card
Hello beautiful community,
I got my 2 year conditional green card 2 months ago but now my spouse and I are not in good terms.
What if divorce happens what are my options???
I heard if join the army it can solve the problem.
if anyone can give me some directions that would be great.
Address Change
I’m a USC filing for my wife. When we first completed the application, I was living abroad with her in her home country. I put my mailing address as my permanent US home address, and the physical address as where I was living in Brazil at that time. I’ve since had to return back to the US. Will updating my physical address to match my US mailing address affect processing times? Also, could not updating my address have a negative impact on our application? Really wanting to move carefully as we are anticipating a response to our application soon. Any advice?

the critical state that Haiti is currently in is an urgent matter that requires an outside help; because the citizen can no longer take it, I know the current state that Haiti is in now has nothing to do with USCIS but the matter is out of hand, we have applied for many of our family member in the humanitarian parole bur it has been over a year still hasn't been answered, The gang members are continually brutally killing burning and committing atrocities to our citizens we are begging foe help, in all platforms

deportation proceedings terminated
Received a deportation letter way back 2019, had lawyer. They administratively closed i485 bcoz of that.
Lawyer apply a motion to proceed the i130 to USCIS. Approved on Dec 2023
Judge terminated the deportation proceedings January 2024, back to USCIS to reopen the case.
How long would it take to reopen the i485 after termination of deportation proceedings, ? and how long you guys think to get the GC approve?

Progress Tab Disappeared
does anyone experience log in into their uscis online account and realize their progress tab disappeared? I have a concurrent filing of I130/I765&I485. The tab disappeared from the petitioner I130 and the beneficiary I765 which was approved 9 days ago but on the i485 the progress tab still shows its data. 🤷♀️

2 years or 10 years green card?
Hello everyone! can you please share your experience or insight once your I-485 approved? on April 19th will be our 2 years wedding anniversary, however, my green card approved Feb 29th. I am still waiting for my green card, does it mean I will be receiving a 2 years conditional green card? not sure if anyone ever receive 10 years before 2 years anniversary, I’m just curious..
