SSN arrived but EAD still pending
has anyone else experienced this ? No document of approval under document tab. My
progress tab changed from 2 weeks to 1 week, the same day I received my SSN (it says it was produced the 21 February one day after my biometrics) the 27 of February, tomorrow I complete one week since received my SSN card
country cap
Department of State/USCIS approved 1791 VISA ( only consulate, AOS not included) for Vietnamese people, 891 for Mexican 394 for Philippine people in year 2022-2023. 911 for Vietnamese, 670 for Mexican and 520 for Philiphines 2023-2024 till January for eb3 others . Which is suddenly way more than their country cap for eb3 others. Why USCIS / Department of State is in so much in hurry to approved so many Vietnamese, Mexican, and Philippine Consulate cases and keeping all those AOS in wait for years. Isn’t USCIS/ Department of State supposed to get sued for not following the 7% country cap? This is not so right!
Authorized to work and leave the country! literally don’t care when the green card arrives anymore 😅
