Missing Mail from USCIS
HI,
Has anyone ever had their notice of action sent from USCIS but not received it after three weeks? I tried chatting with an agent using Emma but no help.

have you moved during the process? be aware that USPS will not forward USCIS mail to your new address.

My spouse got an update on Jan 8, 2024 that a mail couldn’t be delivered because post office couldn’t deliver it.
We have repeatedly called USCIS to resend the mail to us but to no avail till date, after creating several SRs.
