@lama l now I talking with them, they told me my card productions failed due to technical issues “ idk what that mean “ they are producing new card once day 30 days have passed. 😞

someone else had card production failure and it took months and it was because the picture taken at biometrics was bad. keep contacting them if you don’t hear good news soon.

@w s I feel like I might encounter the same issue. Since it's been 2 weeks i've been approved and no update on card production. I had to do an enquiry for my EAD. I think the picture was an issue too.
