how do you talk to Emma?

it’s a canned response I think. not sure it means much. Emma isn’t much help to be honest

How did you word your question? I didn't get anything beyond what my case status already tells me and my service center.

@kim p Go to uscis.gov and there’s an option to speak to Emma, and to be able to talk to a live agent type “live help” or “connect to live help” and you’ll be able to talk to a live agent

@Pri R @R EM Every time I asked for my case they’ll say the same thing too like “your case is processing normally” or they will tell me where my case is too. but this is was the only time they said something different that’s why I’m concerned if that’s a good sign. and the only thing I said was “what’s the current status of my case” and she said that.

@Genesis Calderon @R EM Nothing. "Case shows in process and within processing time." I went ahead and asked if they could see if my additional evidence has been reviewed. They said, "Last evidence received was on 03/13/2024" and closed the chat. They didn't even let me respond. lol. So IDK. Hopefully it's good news that they could see your document(s) in evidence is/are pending review. 🙏🏾

@Pri R Have you try calling them? I feel like it’s easier talking to them on the phone that with this chat. Hopefully that’s a good sign, trying to stay positive and faithful. Thank you!!!🙏🏼
