Stepchild sponsor and divorce from the parents.
Hey family,
To those that have had an experience or see someone that had a similar case.
If your spouse sponsor your child as their step child and you as the immigrant, father is on conditional GC, child's I130 has approved and sent to NVC.
The marriage has been having issues with abuses and a divorce is being considered.
Questions: If the divorce happen before the child comes to US, will the approved I-130 be canceled because the parents and step parent has divorced ?
Or because the application is approved already the child can be brought in by the child parent as a conditional GC holder.

Almost Two Years
Just wanting to vent again as we’re approaching the two year mark 😮💨😭 I can’t believe how silent USCIS is being about my case. They haven’t responded to my service request and the live agents won’t tell me anything because the request is still pending. At this point I wish I had immigrated to Canada and not put my husband through the painful process of having him immigrate to this awful awful country.

how long for the process???
My lawyer mess up the document between me and another for the greencard process from the restaurantafter my I140 approve. Then they try to resend the right one to the USCIS and they got it since Feb 18, 2019 and said they will redo it again until now we still don't get the answer from the USCIS. Why it's such a long time to correct my process. Can anyone tell me......do they still working on my case or not. The timetable just shows the time that they got my case on Feb 18, 2019 and waiting for the last process...... Denied or Approve. Thank you so much
Joined Military Got Citizenship in 2 Months
I have been struggling to get my papers for the last 7 and a half years. But I was able to get it done after I became a citizen. I joined Army Reserve and I had my citizenship in about 2 months after applying. It is very quick.
I have children outside the country and I had filled their I-130 as a green card holder and then the visa bulletin for F2A retrogressed and I realized it would take them many years to get their green card and I immediately joined the Army Reserve to speed up the citizenship.
Now am working to update with NVC and USCIS for their cases to be upgraded.
