@Ruth Enea thank you! We filed K-3 which didn’t help. We also tried to expedite (military reason) told us it was too late to expedite, so didn’t help. And yes, we are going through consular processing

@Nigora Babaeva our case was originally in Nebraska but approval notice came from California. I assume because our K-3 was in California. i don’t know 🤷‍♀️

@Nigora Babaeva we still waited a year so it’s hard to tell, however, I suggest everyone to take all actions possible to go through this process, especially when it’s free.

congrats!!!🥳 did you guys upload extra evidence? and did you get a second review? This gives me hope sin mine is IOE9 too and I wasn’t seen those approved.

@Genesis calderon we did upload photos and chat screanshots couple weeks after submitting the petition. After that we did not upload anything else. We got second review and found approval notice under documents tab. it still showed 5 months until decision.
