Hi everyone! We finally got approved!!
Im absolutely grateful and in shock while typing this!we still cant believe it… thank you so much to everyone whose supported us with all the inquiries we had ❤️ and i pray everyone gets approved soon too! We all deserve to be with our loved ones
Here is our timeline to help someone who requires assistance
My husband applied for the i130 petition on September 30th 2022 (LPR)
Active review 1 - 30th Nov 2022
Huband applied for citizenship N400 Nov 2023
Got our N400 approved and interview schedule notice on Jan 10th 2024
Interview was held on Feb 15th 2024
Active review 2 - Feb 18th 2024
Oath ceremony was scheduled for March 8th 2024
(Tip: My husband went and spoke to one of the supervisors there after the oath asking them if they can look into our i130 petition to upgrade from F2A to IR1) … tip is to speak to someone who can help you with it
Active review 3 - March 9th 2024
I130 approval - March 9th 2024 (our notice used to say LPR, the approval notice mentioned ‘husband or wife of US Citizen’
(USCIS account still says ‘case is being actively reviewed’ but the document tab had the approval notice
Now awaiting for NVC

got my green card two years ago . enlisted in the army a year later and got my N400 approved Tuesday and I have my oath ceremony next Wednesday. Don’t give up guys keep going .

please some help. I have my oath ceremony in a couple of days . I’m currently on active duty away from home. they are requesting for me to take with me all the permits and visas I’ve gottten since I started my immigration journey. I have everything but the work permit it’s back at home and I’m not able to go get it and I live alone so no one to mail to me. what do you guys suggest I do?? thanks

We never made it to the “your case is taking longer than expected” stage. Processing time went from 6 months counted down to 1 week to then go back to 3 months and has been counting down every Saturday since. It was 1 week last Saturday, this Saturday it didn’t jump back up to months. It says “taking longer than expected” I’m sure some are thinking it means nothing, but it gives me hope… any day now!🤞🤞🍀🍀🙏🙏** US citizen filing for Irish husband who’s living in Ireland until approved. Hi, i recieved the letter 3 days ago and asking more proofs like of intent to mary, wedding plan and affidavits from our relatives or neighbors. I just completed all documents they need. Just want to know if i need to send my tax or proofs of income even they did not ask? Thank you
