F2B Applicant Received 221(g) & Questionnaire at the interview 1 year ago. DS 260 reopened now. Should I update?

Status: Refused (Administrative Processing)
Received 221(g) & questionnaire in the interview even though my interview went fine; VO himself recognized me & my mother in pictures. Responded to the questionnaire in the next day. Followed up with some more detailed information on the day after. In administrative processing since.
At April 17, 2024 my DS 260 reopened (which happens for everyone in AP nowadays; i guess). Initial DS260 is not updated with the renewed passport which I was carrying during the interview. Also, some more addresses, emails & phone numbers that has been responded in questionnaire needs to be updated in DS260.
Not received any instructions from the embassy regarding to update the DS260 yet.
Should I update it now or wait for any instructions from the embassy?
(I know several others in my situation who has their DS260 reopened & without any instructions email from embassy for several months now.)

You patiently waited 1 year after the interview? You can try local congress inquiry, or also you can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Mandamus Pro Se"
