Convincing Spouse to Visit
Hey folks! We are inching on toward our two year case anniversary in May and my husband has not been to the USA since 2022. Since he lives in Canada and we’re doing consular processing, I’ve told him many times that he’s okay to travel here for a brief visit but he doesn’t believe me. He is scared to death that he’s going to be detained, asked a million questions, and throw our case in jeopardy. I empathize but I think he’s overreacting. What suggestions do you have to get him over this fear? I love Canada but I’m ready for him to come here again (hopefully for good) this summer.

Actively in review
Application has been filed since July 26 2021. sent in RFE an ds currently have all other cases approved except for I-485 which has been in actively in review since Jan 2023. I have till April 9 before I can put in a hard request on why this is taking too long. Any suggestion would be welcome.
